Track record, and what buyers say
EAPL Group states that it was founded in 1998, has over 25 years in the business and 35 completed projects, and works across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Its other Hyderabad projects include Sri Tirumala Millennium at Mallapur and Sri Tirumala Platinum at Gachibowli.
Public reviews of the delivered projects are mixed, and we would rather you know that from us. Several buyers report on time delivery, fair pricing and good returns. Others report quality problems after handover, including seepage, hollow tiles and electrical work, and one review alleges poor responsiveness on documentation after registration.
The useful response to a mixed record is not to argue about it. Visit a completed EAPL building, talk to two or three residents, and ask the developer for the defect liability terms in writing.
