What the amenity charges cover
Amenities and infrastructure are charged at 6,00,000 rupees and water, electricity and power backup at a further 3,00,000 rupees, both one time. Two car parking spaces are 10,00,000 rupees. The corpus fund is 100 rupees per sq. ft. and the first year of maintenance is 50 rupees per sq. ft., both paid outside the one time payment.
On the 2,286 sq. ft. plan that is about 22.4 lakh rupees of charges beyond the base price, before GST and registration.
