What is being built
A single tower of ground plus 38 floors, sitting over four basement levels, on 2.4 acres at Vinayak Nagar in Puppalaguda. The payment schedule confirms the basement count: instalments fall due on the basement 2 slab and the basement 4 slab, then the ground floor slab, then every sixth floor to the 38th.
Each floor holds 11 homes served by 11 lifts. Flats 06 to 10 are the 2,286 sq. ft. east facing plan. Flats 01, 02, 04, 05 and 11 are single 3 BHK layouts of 2,583, 2,493, 2,727, 2,646 and 3,033 sq. ft. Flat 03 is the only 4 BHK, at 3,348 sq. ft. All areas are saleable areas as printed on the developer plans.
Every home opens through a private foyer off the lift lobby rather than directly off a shared corridor.
